We stayed in a 2 bed apartment overlooking the lake. The apartment was really spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need and there was a washer and dryer. We especially liked the balcony which had a view over the tennis courts out to the lake and beautiful sunsets to the left. You could even see the Epcot fireworks at night. The site was so peaceful. My 10 and 14 year old boys loved the basketball courts and the pool closest to our apartment was lovely and warm and not busy. There was another pool near reception but we didn’t use that one. The pools were open until 11 which was great after a tiring day in the parks. The location was excellent. We didn’t have a car and just called Ubers and it was $10-15 to the parks. There were restaurants close by. We walked to one (although I think we were the only ones) Ubers to them were cheap.

I would rate Grand Beach Resort more than a 10 if I could very friendly staff and employees, I felt right at home at check in Mitchell at the front desk was so professional and courtesy we were upgraded to a three-bedroom Grand Beach Resort is a hidden gem beautiful landscape they have everything you need we felt like we were on our very own island shout out to Madison who checked in with us to see if we needed anything while on our stay this is a beautiful resort and it is only 10 minutes from all major attractions will definitely book and stay there again!

Nice on property amenities like mini-golf, tennis, basketball and playgrounds. Pools are nice too but basic. Staff were almost all very polite and accommodating, Mitch actually worked very hard to get us into the room we wanted since we've stayed here before and it was going above and beyond, which was appreciated a lot. The property location is off the beaten path but close to most things. Also the rooms are the main reason we come back with 3 bedrooms we all had plenty of space for personal time and family time.

Three bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable for our extended family group. Kitchen was very useful and functional as was the in-unit laundry. Layout of unit with all the bathrooms and bedrooms is convenient for a large group traveling together. The large dining table is very nice. Parking is very convenient just outside the unit. The place is set along a lake which gives a nice scenic walk around the facilities. This is the second time staying here and will recommend again.

Pools were never busy, in fact the whole resort felt quiet and relaxed. Rooms very homely and beds comfortable. Staff polite and ready to help with anything. Great price for such an amazing place. Location couldn't be better for Orlando attractions: 10-15 mins max to everything!
